Can a third-party app show derived insights from a user’s Kite data without its own NSE data licence

If users log in with their own Kite account, can our app use their data to compute insights and show only the results (no raw prices or ticks), without us signing a separate NSE data agreement or paying vendor fees? If not, what’s the allowed route?

ok, i will write to them, in the meantime, let me put it this way

What are the requirements to launch an app commercially that needs
live options chain data through data apis, centrally (not BYOK).

Similar to most that offer login with Zerodha?

The app does not show any RAW data except the spot price, rest all
    information is derived analytics.
