Unable to enter TOTP automatically via selenium?

I have been using selenium to autofill the TOTP and since today it is no longer working. What is the solution for this?

Selenium is not able to catch xpaths or anything.

    It is mandatory by the exchange that a user has to login manually at least once in a day. We don't recommend automating login.
