I have been requesting historical data of some Instruments and keep getting error for most symbols : Error fetching candle for ABB: HTTPSConnectionPool(host='api.kite.trade', port=443): Read timed out. (read timeout=7) Error fetching candle for ANGELONE: HTTPSConnectionPool(host='api.kite.trade', port=443): Read timed out. (read timeout=7)
We haven't observed any issue at our end. Can you let us know how often you see this and which endpoint is throwing this error?Can you also share the complete stack trace with us by enabling debug logs of PyKiteConnect? Make sure to remove app and client-specific tokens. Please may refer to the similar discussion here.
I have same issue for last 1 week and i can see why it is down from below. Some time this issue is even in kite web . --- api.kite.trade ping statistics --- 3222 packets transmitted, 3213 packets received, 0.3% packet loss
