I guess Claudeflare error when placing order

I am using Python to place orders via an HTTP POST request (without using any library).

When I placed an order, I received the following response. I am pasting only the first few lines here (not the full message). I have already emailed the complete response to [email protected], but I haven’t received a reply yet:

<!DOCTYPE html>
<html lang="en-US">
<head>
<title>Just a moment...</title>
<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=UTF-8">
<meta http-equiv="X-UA-Compatible" content="IE=Edge">
<meta name="robots" content="noindex,nofollow">

I assume this is a Cloudflare error. I encountered it only once out of many orders. It happened today and also once on the previous trading day.

My major concern is whether this error might occur more frequently in the future. Can you whitelist my static IP in cloudflare, if possible?

    To assist you more effectively, could you please provide the following details: the HTTP method used (such as POST, PUT, or GET), the endpoints accessed, the parameters used, and the complete error response received when the issue occurred?

    You can gather these details by enabling HTTP debugging. Please share the complete stack trace with us via private message after enabling debugging. This information will help us diagnose the issue more accurately.
