I have two family account. Of late, I see the order id format got changed. 1952210381888xxxxxx and other account has 2508040000xxxxx. Why the order id change is effected and I see the first format orders are processed with delay. Can someone take a look at the issue.
Having different order numbering formats is fine and doesn’t significantly affect order processing. As for the delay you're referring to, please check this support article.
