Google Cloud VM access token generation authentication require

If any one facing the that I'm unable to generate access token while running my access token automation python script in GCP VM. I received a mail says login from new location IP: my GCP static IP. The error in my script says Authentication required

    It is mandatory by the regulators that a user has to manually login at least once a day. We don't recommend automating login.
