Downloading hourly timeframe data

Hello,
When I download the hourly I am getting data from 9:15 to 10:15 and 10:15 to 11:15 and so on. is it possible to get 9:00 to 10:00 and 10:00 to 11:00 and so on?

This is not possible, I'm afraid. Our data points start at 9:15 for equity / F&O.
